Delivery Policy

1. Products sold on this website are perishable, natural items, and the lifespan of flowers is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others.
2. Flowers are a product of nature; occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on our website. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.
3. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement are preserved and will substitute only with fresh flowers/products of equal or higher value.
4. Please note we do not accept orders where the selected item is only balloons or balloon-related; we reserve the right to cancel any such orders and process a full and immediate (within 24 hours) refund.
5. Orders are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Although our team will always try their best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, Leafloral Co. cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to circumstances like bad weather, political disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances outside of Leafloral Co.’s control.
6. Please note that same-day delivery is only possible if you confirm your order before 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed for same-day delivery and will be delivered the next working day.
7. For customized orders and imported flower bouquets, please place your order at least two days in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.
8. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. The delivery time slots are guidelines, and we may deliver a little earlier or later depending on our schedule.
9. The customer takes full responsibility that the given recipient information is complete and correct. If there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the order will not be refunded.
10. During extreme weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time. If we do not succeed in delivering your order, it will be delivered as soon as possible.
11. Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, please contact us directly.
12. If for any reason you are not happy with the service rendered or with the flowers delivered, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavor to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website, we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern you and LeaFloralCo.’s rights and obligation to eachother.
